The Recording Academy headquarters features a wide range of audiovisual systems, including conference rooms, screening rooms, executive office suites, and a multipurpose venue used for board meetings and live performances by Grammy artists. The design was peer reviewed by Recording Academy audio engineers.

Ongoing Development, 2010–2020
I worked with the Academy for a decade following the original build, upgrading systems as technology and needs evolved. The live performance room was equipped with a Soundcraft Vi1000 console connected to the Q-SYS DSP over Dante.
As the Academy adopted Zoom for connecting its branch offices and affiliate members worldwide, I developed a standardized code base — Crestron, Zoom Rooms, Shure MXA910 microphone arrays, and Q-SYS audio DSP — deployed at the Santa Monica headquarters, the Latin Grammys in Miami, and branch offices across the US.
